Information for suppliers
At Stemmatters, we continuously evaluate our suppliers to ensure the highest standards of quality and service. Our evaluation process includes:
Continuous quality assessment
Each external provider is qualified for each product or service it has supplied, regarding the binomial external provider/product or external provider/service, as applicable. For the binomial external provider/service, qualification is performed based on the external providers’ performance in the year considered for evaluation purposes. Based on the results, a scoring system* ranks suppliers as:
- A (90-100): Good
- B (70-90): Reasonable
- C (<70): Non-approved
Suppliers without nonconformities automatically receive an "A" rating.
*Calculation formula is used for the final evaluation:
\( \left( 1 - \frac{\sum_{i=1}^{n} (Score_i \times i)}{\sum_{j=1}^{n} j} \right) \times 100 \)
i = supply with nonconformity detected
j = number of supplies
Annual evaluation
Conducted every January, focusing on four key criteria:
- Level of service: timeliness and quantity compliance.
- Quality: adherence to specifications and requirements implied in the order.
- Price: compliance with the defined price.
- Technical support: responsiveness, expertise, and issue resolution.
Stemmatters will inform all the products and services of external providers that did not comply with the “A” score.
